An Acquired Taste | The Print Of The Summer

DSC_4881-10.jpg

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been more behind in fashion that I am ahead of it but throughout this blog’s journey, I’ve been doing more of the latter. But take this as exhibit A of the former. In this case, I’m better late than never to maxi dresses and the ever popular leaf print.

The concept of the two were concepts in fashion that are acquired tastes. A person that dislikes the bitter taste of coffee only drink it for its benefits. Anyone that didn’t really like maxi dresses or the leaf print wore both to be in with the trends of fashion time. I just had to give them a try myself. Turns out, you end up liking the bitter taste of coffee without the sugar and the cream. Turns out, the maxi dress and leaf print can look good on myself too, and my mother.
